I’m Juno, a designer, founder, and builder. I lead DOJO+, a platform that helps martial arts academies grow their business through digital experiences — from websites that convert to CRM and automations that actually work.

I’ve spent the last decade connecting design and technology to real-world impact. I’ve taught UX/UI Design at Ironhack, mentored startups at Techstars, and led projects that brought brands, communities, and ecosystems to life.

I’m also the creator of The Wave Tour, a series of design events across Brazil, and I write about how tools like Figma, Wix, and AI are changing the way we design and build. My work lives at the intersection of craft and scale — exploring how design can move from pixels to platforms, and from individual practice to systems that empower others.

Whether I’m teaching, designing, or building new ventures, my mission is the same: to make technology more human and help others turn ideas into something people actually use and love.
